Gossip, gossip, gossip, it seems these days a magazine will do anything to sell copies. I always thought that invading the privacy of celebrities was too much; some may argue that thsi simply comes with the territory, but I believe there should be a limit.
Sure, there is a certain fascination with stars and their doings but when this fascinations affect their personal lives a stop should be put to it. They are people after all and one should only be put in their shoes to understand the frustration they must feel by not being able to enjoy even the simplest of life's tasks without being followed.
Recently, I have noticed that magazines will not only chase celebrities and print written lies, they will go so far as to fake pictures, no that this surprises me, but they don't even bother to do a good job, they just simply expect us to be dumb enough to buy this lies.
Take the above images for example: The one where Lautner, Reed and Stewart are strolling along in Vancouver, now check out the fake picture of Selena Gomez and Taylor Lautner (Famous Magazine), they didn't even bother to put a hand without a glove around Lautner's arm, or even remove the red wallet Reed had in her hand, they simply expect us to believe that although she is obviously dressed for spring she is still wearing a glove in one hand? Come on people! We have seen these images a million times, we are fans remember? So don't try to sell us a buch of crap! PLEASE respect these actors and their lifes, sure we want to know about them, but there is a limit, isn't there? These kids are only 16, 17... let them be kids!
